Who we are

This website is operated by Pat Ricia (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question, email [email protected].

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, first name (optional) and the topics you choose.
• Enquiries: the details you submit in the Work With Pat form.
• Orders (when the shop opens): the details needed to fulfil and deliver your order, processed by our e-commerce provider.
• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in our cookie policy.

How we use it and our lawful basis

We send emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link. We use enquiry details to respond to you (legitimate interests). We use order details to fulfil a contract with you. We use analytics and advertising cookies only with your consent.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to host the site, send emails, process enquiries and payments, and (with consent) measure traffic and serve ads. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We never sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiries are kept for up to two years. Order records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to processing, or request a copy. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
